Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the permitted and prohibited uses of UAE E-Invoice Pro ("Platform"). This policy is designed to protect our users, the Platform, and third parties from harmful or illegal activities.

By using the Platform, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of your Account.

2. Permitted Use

The Platform is intended for:

• Creating and managing electronic invoices for legitimate business transactions;
• Validating invoices against UAE PINT AE and FTA requirements;
• Transmitting compliant invoices through registered ASPs;
• Storing and archiving business documents as required by law;
• Generating reports for business and tax compliance purposes;
• Integrating with your business systems via authorized APIs;
• Accessing AI-assisted compliance support for your business.

3. Prohibited Activities

3.1 Illegal Activities

• Creating fraudulent, false, or misleading invoices;
• Tax evasion, money laundering, or financing of illegal activities;
• Using the Platform for transactions involving sanctioned parties or countries;
• Any activity that violates UAE Federal laws or international laws;
• Invoicing for illegal goods or services;
• Identity theft or impersonation of other businesses.

3.2 Harmful Activities

• Uploading malware, viruses, or malicious code;
• Attempting to breach, hack, or compromise Platform security;
• Denial of service attacks or overloading Platform systems;
• Unauthorized access to other users' Accounts or data;
• Exploiting vulnerabilities in the Platform;
• Scraping, crawling, or automated data extraction without authorization.

3.3 Misuse of Services

• Sharing Account credentials with unauthorized parties;
• Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing Platform services;
• Circumventing usage limits or subscription restrictions;
• Using the Platform in ways that negatively impact other users;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the Platform;
• Using the AI features to generate harmful or misleading content.

3.4 Content Restrictions

• Uploading content that infringes intellectual property rights;
• Transmitting defamatory, obscene, or offensive content;
• Including confidential information of third parties without authorization;
• Creating invoices with inaccurate or intentionally misleading information.

4. Security Requirements

Users must:

• Use strong, unique passwords for their Account;
• Enable two-factor authentication when available;
• Immediately report any suspected security breaches;
• Keep login credentials confidential;
• Log out from shared or public devices;
• Regularly review Account activity for unauthorized access;
• Ensure devices used to access the Platform are secure and updated.

5. API Usage Guidelines

If you use our API, you must:

• Respect API rate limits as specified in your subscription tier;
• Implement proper error handling and retry logic;
• Keep API keys secure and never expose them in client-side code;
• Use API endpoints only for their intended purpose;
• Not attempt to bypass authentication or authorization;
• Report any API vulnerabilities through our responsible disclosure program.

• Warning and request for corrective action;
• Temporary suspension of Account access;
• Permanent termination of Account;
• Removal of violating content;
• Legal action and reporting to authorities;
• Recovery of costs and damages.
